ARTAVIA Supports Local Schools for Bright Futures

Conroe TX – ARTAVIA®, a 2,842-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, continues its support of the Conroe ISD local schools with its Bright Futures campaign.

The community recently donated $7,000 to sponsor the new trailer wrap for the Caney Creek High School Mighty Panther Band. The Band recently placed 1st in the US Bands Contest in Madisonville winning awards for Best Music, Best Visual, Best General Effect, Best Drumline and Best Color Guard. In addition, ARTAVIA donated $3,000 to purchase the dance team uniforms for the Moorehead Jr. High Dazzlers, which feeds into Caney Creek.

“With art being the highlight of our master-planned community, we are always looking for meaningful ways to give back to the arts programs within our local schools,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director for AIRIA® Development Company, the developer of ARTAVIA. “These two organizations clearly know how to play colorfully, and we are thrilled to be able to watch them perform and compete in style.”

Located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45N and US 59N, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242, ARTAVIA will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA attend Conroe ISD. ARTAVIA will accommodate future Conroe ISD expansion with an on-site future school in the community.

With its convenient location, ARTAVIA affords access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations. For more information, directions and updates, visit artaviatx.com.
