Mini Golf Coming to Canopy Park at ARTAVIA®
Just when you thought Canopy Park couldn’t get any more exciting, ARTAVIA® has another surprise in store! Mini golf is officially joining the lineup of recreational amenities, bringing even more opportunities for residents to enjoy the outdoors, connect with neighbors, and make lasting memories
First announced earlier this year, the four-acre Canopy Park continues to take shape, with mini golf now joining its growing lineup of recreational amenities. Envisioned as a place where art is woven into nature, Canopy Park will offer thoughtfully designed spaces for recreation, gathering, and everyday enjoyment.
The addition of mini golf brings a new dimension of entertainment to Canopy Park, creating a space where friendly competition, laughter, and time spent together take center stage.
Whether it’s a weekend outing with family, an afternoon with friends, or a spontaneous challenge between neighbors, mini golf will offer residents another way to enjoy their surroundings and make the most of life at ARTAVIA.
With their Brivo pass, residents will be able to check out golf clubs and balls, making it easy to enjoy a round whenever the occasion calls for a little friendly competition.
The new feature complements Canopy Park’s growing collection of recreational amenities, adding to the variety of experiences residents will be able to enjoy close to home.
Designed for Play, Inspired by Nature
Alongside mini golf, Canopy Park will feature pickleball courts, a splash pad, a playground, and a central covered pavilion designed for gathering and relaxation.
Inspired by the natural canopy of trees and the interplay of light and landscape, the park’s design reflects ARTAVIA’s vision of bringing art and nature together in meaningful ways.
From friendly matches on the pickleball courts to afternoons spent at the splash pad and now a round of mini golf, Canopy Park is designed to offer something for residents of different ages and interests.
The ARTAVIA Experience Continues to Grow
As ARTAVIA continues to grow, so do the opportunities for residents to connect, explore, and enjoy life within the community.
Once complete, Canopy Park will join Dapple Park as another destination for recreation and gathering, further expanding the amenities available to ARTAVIA residents.
With mini golf now joining the lineup, there’s even more to look forward to as Canopy Park takes shape. Discover more about life at ARTAVIA® and explore the new homes available in this art-inspired community.
