AIRIA Development® Company was formed by the same team that crafted Aliana® into one of the nation’s most successful master-planned communities, since 2010. The AIRIA name was announced in 2018 to bring Aliana, ARTAVIA®, and our future communities together under one cohesive brand in the Houston market. AIRIA’s portfolio of services includes land development and master-planned community services for the recently completed 2,000-acre Aliana community in Richmond, Texas, 2,200-acre ARTAVIA community in Conroe, Texas/Montgomery County which opened in 2019, currently land management and development planning for 5,700+ acres in Todd Mission, Texas area as well as 1,300 acres in Navasota, Texas, currently known as Pecan Hill Ranch.

Do you offer move-in ready/ spec/ inventory homes?
There are 8 home builders in ARTAVIA and all strive to offer completed homes available for purchase. Please check our homes page for current availability.
What are the amenities in ARTAVIA?
Miles of trails through a canopy of towering trees are speckled with ARTscapes for reflection and inspiration all leading to Dapple Park®, where residents can connect with one another and form the bonds that create a sense of community. Dapple Park provides fun for the whole family offering a lake with paddles boats, a 24/7 FitCenter, Palate Café, nature exploration zone, yard games, playground, gathering spaces and a splash pad to cool off on hot days. Are there plans for commercial/mixed use development?
Yes. The site plan indicates 120-acres which we reserved for commercial/mixed use and retail development.
Is there a Lifestyle Director or calendar of events in the community?
Yes. Our Lifestyle Team hosts monthly resident events, as well as organizes opportunities for residents to gather through clubs and classes. The current calendar is located here.
