OurVision
ARTAVIA was thoughtfully envisioned as a community where art, nature, and everyday life come together to create something truly unique. Designed to inspire connection, creativity, and outdoor exploration, ARTAVIA offers residents a vibrant lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty and meaningful experiences.
Developed by AIRIA Development Company®, a trusted leader in master-planned communities, ARTAVIA reflects a commitment to thoughtful design, lasting value, and creating places people are proud to call home.
Art & Nature
At ARTAVIA, art is part of the everyday experience. Our ARTscapes are woven throughout the community, bringing pops of creativity, color, and inspiration to the places residents enjoy most. From trails to gathering spaces, each piece offers something unexpected to discover, and a reason to pause, take it in and reflect.
Art in the Model Park
ARTAVIA features a model home park like no other, with fun, whimsical artwork in the backyards of each of our thirteen model homes.
Designed and created by Texas artist Jeffie Brewer, the sculptures are like colorful doodles come to life. Since his first exhibition in 1998, Brewer’s work has appeared in both solo and group shows across North America and in Mexico and Japan. Visit our new Model Park to be delighted and inspired by his art.
Experience the Art. Experience the Vision.
