ARTAVIA proudly sponsors Caney Creek High School Cheer

ARTAVIA®, a 2,842-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, continues its Bright Futures campaign in support of Conroe ISD to assist the schools and students that ARTAVIA residents attend.

For the first time in the school’s twenty-five-year history, the Caney Creek High School Cheer team placed 3rd at the State UIL competition held in Fort Worth which qualified them to compete in the United Cheer Association’s National Competition in Florida. To reach their goal of competing in the national competition, the cheer team held multiple fundraisers in which ARTAVIA donated funds to assist in traveling to the competition.

“The Cheer team worked very hard to qualify for this prestigious competition, as well as raising funds for travel. We were thrilled to be able to support and cheer them on,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director for AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA. “All of their hard work paid off and the team placed 8th in the nation! We are proud of the team and feel it is important to support extra-curricular activities within the schools due to their enrichment and improvement of the educational process.”

Located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45N and US 59N, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242, ARTAVIA will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA attend Conroe ISD. ARTAVIA will accommodate future Conroe ISD expansion with an on-site future school in the community.

With its convenient location, ARTAVIA affords access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations. For more information, directions and updates, visit artaviatx.com.
