ARTAVIA™ Community announces Enchanted Home Tour of Available Homes
The newest master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe Area, ARTAVIA™, has kicked off an Enchanted Home Tour to showcase their move-in ready homes.
The Enchanted Home Tour of available homes in ARTAVIA™ are marked with festive signs and will be open for viewing Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to viewing the homes, community visitors can also register at one of the community’s 10 festively decorated Model Homes for a chance to win a $5,000 Shopping Spree!
Homes in ARTAVIA™ are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Interested buyers are encouraged to visit one of the 10 ARTAVIA™ Enchanted Model Homes and bring in an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots Toy Drive Collection.

A special highlight of the Enchanted Model Home Village is a community commisioned Holiday Art mural by artist Anat Ronen. The large scale 3 dimensional anamorphic painting features an immersive art experience inside of a gingerbread home that will be on display through December 31st. Anat is a world renowned artist whose work has been showcased in museums and shows worldwide.
