Holiday style has a new address! AIRIA Development® Company is bringing a little extra Christmas cheer to ARTAVIA® in Conroe and COLTON® in Todd Mission with its Deck the Homes holiday tour, featuring 27 professionally decorated model homes, a $10,000 H-E-B sweepstakes, and an opportunity to give back this holiday season.

Now through December 31, 2026, Houston-area homebuyers and holiday enthusiasts are invited to tour festive model homes, gather holiday decorating inspiration, and discover new homes across both communities. Visitors can register at any participating model home for a chance to be one of two winners of $5,000 H-E-B gift cards, with one winner selected from each community.

And in the spirit of giving, AIRIA Development® Company will donate $5 to Kids’ Meals, Inc. of Montgomery County for every registration, helping provide nutritious meals to children facing food insecurity.

Beyond the homes, guests can explore Dapple Park, ARTAVIA’s 13-acre amenity destination featuring a five-acre lake, paddle boats, Palate Café, a playground, and more.

Texas tradition meets holiday elegance in COLTON® of Todd Mission, where 14 model homes will be dressed for the season by Christina Frederick of The Helpful Host, known for her decorating expertise and refined approach to Texas-inspired design. Beyond the festive décor, visitors can discover distinctive home designs featuring architectural styles exclusive to COLTON, along with move-in ready homes throughout the community. Guests will also get a glimpse of what’s to come as construction nears completion on Arroyos Park, the community’s first major amenity destination. Designed to bring neighbors together and celebrate Quintessential Texas Living, the park will feature The Welcome Inn lifestyle office and resident lounge, The Iron Yard fitness center, W.
