WINNER OF GO 4 THE GREEN AWARDED PRIZE AT ARTAVIA®

ARTAVIA® announced the winner of the Go 4 the Green promotion held in the community during the month of April in celebration of the opening of 4 new model homes and the release of 40’ and 45’ homesites.
Home shoppers were invited to tour 4 new model homes and register at any of the 14 model homes for a chance to win $4,000. The lucky winner, Katelyn Powell of Houston, was recently awarded her check at the ARTAVIA amenity center. “The Go 4 the Green promotion led to one of our top-selling months in the history of the community and brought hundreds of visitors out to view the new homesites, designs and model homes,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director for AIRIA Development® Company.

Dapple Park™ is at the heart of ARTAVIA and is a 13-acre community park which includes a five-acre lake with paddle boats, a kayak launch area, a boardwalk, splash pad and playground.
