New ARTAVIA™ Community offers Enchanted Village Tour of Available Homes
The newest master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe Area, ARTAVIA™, is kicking off an Enchanted Village Tour on December 1st to showcase their move-in ready homes.
The Enchanted Village Tour of available homes in ARTAVIA™ are marked with festive signs and will be open for viewing Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to viewing the inventory of homes, community visitors can also register at one of the 10 new Model Homes for a chance to win a trip to Walt Disney World®.
Homes in ARTAVIA™ are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the ARTAVIA™ Enchanted Model Home Village for more information about the Tour, or to choose a floor plan to personalize and fit their own unique style.
“Many buyers want to complete their home purchase and move-in by year end,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director of AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA™. “The builders in ARTAVIA™ have a wide variety of floorplans and pricing available to help satisfy buyers who are ready to purchase.”
At the heart of ARTAVIA™ will be a 13-acre community amenity complex including a five-acre lake with paddle boats and a kayak launch area. The complex is being developed to include a contemporary-style clubhouse featuring a 24-hr FitCenter, café and gathering spaces. Surrounding it are intended to be thoughtfully designed areas promoting imaginative play, outdoor living and an active lifestyle.
Regularly scheduled events, classes and activities will be facilitated by a community Lifestyle Manager, creating a community that encourages residents to live colorfully by connecting with the outdoors, bonding with neighbors and forming lasting memories.
ARTAVIA™ is located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45N and US 59N, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA™ will attend Conroe ISD.
With its convenient location, ARTAVIA™ will afford access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations. For more information, directions and updates, visit ARTAVIATX.com.
