J. Patrick Homes Launches Nuvo Vista Series in ARTAVIA

ARTAVIA new-home buyers now have more to choose from, thanks to J. Patrick Homes introducing its Nuvo Vista Series of floor plans to the community.

The Nuvo Vista Series includes six floor plans that range from 2,178 to 3,400 square feet. The homes feature premium elevations with a mix of stone, siding and painted brick. Metal roof accents and other enhancements add to the appeal. Most might think these modern farmhouse, modern prairie and contemporary elevations would be upgrades — they’re not! They are included in the standard price, which is from the $520,000s.

The interiors are just as beautifully appointed with floor plans maximized for 55-foot homesites. The floor plans offer kitchens with large islands, home offices and broad covered patios. A generous list of structural options allows buyers to add bedrooms, extended patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, expanded garage storage and more, giving buyers the “power to personalize.” Buyers can further customize their homes with ample choices at the J. Patrick Homes design center.

But that’s not all. Like the larger homes J. Patrick Homes offers in ARTAVIA, the Nuvo Vista Series also will have the Aprilaire whole-home dehumidifier and Aprilaire Air Cleaner media filters as standard. Together, they help lower humidity levels in the home and reduce the circulation of dust, pollen and more.

ARTAVIA is one of just two communities to offer the Nuvo Vista Series. J. Patrick Homes debuted the series in Jordan Ranch this spring to enthusiastic response.
