AUSTIN, Texas – Exciting news from the Texas Association of Builders (TAB)! ARTAVIA®, the ARTfully designed master-planned community developed by AIRIA Development® Company, has been named a finalist in not one, but three prestigious categories for the highly anticipated 2025 Star Awards! This remarkable recognition highlights ARTAVIA’s approach to marketing and its community engagement initiatives.

ARTAVIA® is proud to announce its recognition as a finalist in the following prestigious categories:
Best TV Spot (General): For the Model Home Park Grand Opening commercial.
Best Special Promotion (Developer): For the ART in the Model Park Grand Opening event.
Best Sales Brochure (Developer): Featuring comprehensive details on ARTAVIA’s layout, amenities, and lifestyle offerings.

These nominations position ARTAVIA among the leading entries statewide. According to the Texas Association of Broadcasters (TAB), the 2025 program received a record-breaking total of over 950 submissions across 189 categories. Finalists were selected by an esteemed panel of out-of-state judges based on their creativity, quality of presentation, and overall impact.

The winners will be announced during the Sunbelt Builders Show™ on July 30, 2025, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas. The Star Awards, launched in 1992, are the only statewide tribute to excellence in the homebuilding industry and represent the highest honor for builders, developers, and marketing professionals across Texas and surrounding regions.
