ARTAVIA features a model home park like no other, with fun, whimsical artwork in the backyards of each of our thirteen model homes.
Designed and created by Texas artist Jeffie Brewer, the sculptures are like colorful doodles come to life. Since his first exhibition in 1998, Brewer’s work has appeared in both solo and group shows across North America and in Mexico and Japan. Visit our new Model Park to be delighted and inspired by his art.
