What are the amenities in ARTAVIA?
Miles of trails through a canopy of towering trees are speckled with ARTscapes for reflection and inspiration all leading to Dapple Park®, where residents can connect with one another and form the bonds that create a sense of community. Dapple Park provides fun for the whole family offering a lake with paddles boats, a 24/7 FitCenter, Palate Café, nature exploration zone, yard games, playground, gathering spaces and a splash pad to cool off on hot days. Are there plans for commercial/mixed use development?
Yes. The site plan indicates 120-acres which we reserved for commercial/mixed use and retail development.
Is there a Lifestyle Director or calendar of events in the community?
Yes. Our Lifestyle Team hosts monthly resident events, as well as organizes opportunities for residents to gather through clubs and classes. The current calendar is located here.

Can residents’ kayak, canoe or swim in the lake?
Paddleboats are available for residents to check-out. Kayaking is allowed if the resident’s kayak is registered with the HOA. Residents can register here. Swimming is not allowed in the lake, as the water is untreated. The lake is filled through the storm water run-off, and we designed a meditation rain garden, where you can watch and experience what happens during rainfall events to fill the lake.
What school district serves ARTAVIA? Will there be a school in the community?
ARTAVIA is served by the Conroe Independent School District, which has recently purchased land previously reserved in the community for an on-site elementary or intermediate school located near Dapple Park. With Conroe ISD being the fastest growing school district, we look forward to future announcements on the district’s plans for this site.
