ARTAVIA™, is thrilled to announce Jennifer Lobel as the operator of the new on-site community restaurant, Palate Café
The newest and most colorful community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, ARTAVIA™, is thrilled to announce Jennifer Lobel as the operator of the new on-site community restaurant, Palate Café. It’s a beautiful (and delicious) thing when a passion and a career come together and that’s exactly what happened to Jennifer.
Although she has always been passionate about food, it was not until she moved to Houston 10 years ago and enrolled in culinary school that Jennifer decided to make it her career. In 2016, she launched a local farmer’s market where she began preparing healthy meals for her customers, and with her husband Craig’s help, constructed additional buildings on their property in Magnolia, Texas for other unique food businesses. The last building became Brick & Brews, a wood-fired pizza restaurant and the complex became The Culinary Courtyard. With a background in master-planned communities and successful restaurants under her belt, Palate Café seems to be a perfect fit for Jennifer’s next venture. Jennifer is married and has three grown children. Her other passions include traveling, boating and dining out at the amazing restaurants the Houston area has to offer.
The café has become a gathering place for neighbors to get together in the heart of ARTAVIA™ with a delicious menu of soups, salads and paninis in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Palate Café is open Saturday from 11-8 and Sunday from 11-7 with Sunday brunch from 11-4. The restaurant is located within Dapple Park overlooking the community’s 5-acre lake.
ARTAVIA™ is located North of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45N and US 59N, and east of FM1314 on SH 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA™ attend the highly sought after Conroe ISD.
